Overview

Around 40 founders, students, advisors from the fields of IT and entrepreneurship had a lively exchange about their career paths during the 2-hour online format.

The three KIT Alumini and KIT Industry Experts Thomas Kircheis, Founder PULPO WMS, Michael Beyhs, Prototyping Engineer at Apple and Dr. Andreas Kotulla, Founder and CEO of Bitsea GmbH reported on their very personal career experiences around the topics of IT, innovation and entrepreneurship in Germany and internationally. Central questions included what it means to found a company yourself and what works better or even worse in the start-up sector in international markets.

But no matter where in the world, according to our three experts, these success factors are important for all founders: hard work, but also always a bit of luck; passion and perseverance, preferably 24/7, as well as exchange, exchange, exchange.

With this in mind: We are already looking forward to the next personal exchange at the #2 Virtual Round Table in spring 2023.
