The KIT High-Tech Incubators are located in buildings 707 and in the ZEISS Innovation Hub @ KIT on KIT’s North Campus.

 

These rooms are available KIT-wide to selected spin-offs with distinct laboratory needs. Building 707 houses office space for spin-offs, and the ZEISS Innovation Hub @ KIT also offers laboratory space. The offer is aimed at start-ups in the pre-founding phase, as well as young companies that are already implementing their ideas.

 

Total usable space:

 

KIT Hightech Incubator in building 707: 250 sqm office space.

 

ZEISS Innovation Hub @ KIT: 2,743.15 sqm, distributed on two levels (level 3 + 4); of which 639.69 sqm are office space, 181.59 sqm are development labs, and 319.65 sqm are chemistry labs. The rest is general space.

 

The rent includes general secretarial and building services and shared use of the general coffee kitchen.

 

Free space

 

One office (23sqm) and two development labs (35sqm each) are currently vacant in the ZEISS Innovation Hub @ KIT. Status 02/2021
