The Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce and StartUpSecure KASTEL invited to the topic “Threats to digitalised products – common vulnerabilities and effective security measures”. The keynote speech was given by Niklas Goerke from FZI and it became clear how many security risks we are all exposed to in (professional) everyday life. The subsequent pitches by the five start-ups from the StartUpSecurity KASTEL community as well as the start-up Spyce5 from Berlin addressed precisely these risks with their innovative ideas and products. Other participants were Asvin, Bitahoy, Aimino Tech, Vioonic and Xplicit Trust. All in all, it was a well-rounded event that provided an excellent opportunity for networking and once again highlighted how important the topic of IT security is today.
