The JobTalk KIT format is regularly organized by KIT Career Service for students and graduates of all fields of study. On February 10, 2023, the focus was on IT security. Four companies and our StartUpSecure KASTEL team showed the participants various job opportunities after graduation.

More than 30 students of computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics, industrial engineering had a lively exchange with the companies APL, Belden, Bosch and dmTECH and our team of StartUpSecure KASTEL: What job profiles are there in the IT security sector, what jobs are on the market or what are the challenges in everyday working life?

Our team also showed the students the foundation of a start-up as an alternative career step and how our incubator StartUpSecure KASTEL can concretely support a start-up in the field of IT security. Of course, networking was not neglected at the get-together afterwards.
