EXIST Women Retreat

Experience two transformative days full of exchange, empowerment and community at the EXIST-Women Retreat 2025. Exciting workshops, inspiring stories and valuable opportunities to expand your network await you in a relaxed atmosphere. Together with the DeepTechHub, EXIST-Women scholarship holders from Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Heidelberg, Heilbronn and Pforzheim will come together to exchange ideas and learn from each other.

What you can expect:

Day 1 – Connection & Growth
Start with a day full of getting to know each other, sharing experiences and peer learning. Discover personal development tools that will challenge you and broaden your perspectives.

Day 2 – Empowerment & Community
Strengthen your community and find new accountability partners for your journey. Listening and reflecting will give you valuable inspiration for the next steps in your start-up journey. Leave the retreat with new energy, strong connections and a supportive network.
