DeepTechHub Matchmaking is back in Karlsruhe—and the concept is as simple as it is effective: speed dating for the startup world.

Founders pitch their ideas; talent pitches themselves. In 60 minutes, you’ll meet at least 10 people and learn what they’re working on and what drives them. Is it a good fit? Then something new might just be starting.

The matchmaking event is for founders and those who want to become founders—whether they’re looking for co-founders or their first team members. And for all the talent out there who aren’t just looking for a job, but want to be part of something bigger.

The event has two parts: the matchmaking itself, followed immediately by the Founder’s Barbecue at Kronenplatz—with grilled sausages, drinks, and time for the conversations that started during speed dating.

Important for startups: Create a profile on the digital job board before the event and post your search for co-founders or talent there. More info on registration.

Before that, you can also stop by the KIT Career Fair—the KIT-Gründerschmiede will be there from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at booth no. B01, featuring various startups.
