On Sept. 19th we were able to take part in the CyberLab Festival 2024 together with the KIT-Gründerschmiede, which took place under the motto "20 years of CyberChampions".
The event was organized by the CyberLab Startup Accelerator and brought together numerous founders, investors and experts from the cyber and tech industry to celebrate the latest innovations and highlight the potential of up-and-coming startups.
Our community was particularly well represented by Mirko Ross from asvin, who, as a member of StartUpSecure KASTEL, impressed the audience with his inspiring keynote speech on the “Power of Authenticity in Venture Building”. This speech was not only motivating, but was particularly well received by the young founders in attendance. Mirko emphasized the importance of authenticity and passion to achieve sustainable success in the startup world.
Mirko also demonstrated his commitment to founders in the subsequent panel discussion “Big rounds, big opportunities – follow-up financing for startups” by providing important impetus for the future of startup financing and speaking passionately about the challenges that young companies face on their way to larger financing rounds.
Another highlight of the day was the AI Meet & Match, where Robin Hirt from prenode and Daniel Stutz and Markus Hennig from XplicitTrust gave an impressive demonstration of the innovative AI solutions that are already available for the industry today.
We would particularly like to congratulate Lorenzo Di Leo, who won both the Innovation Award and the Audience Award at the CyberChampions Award with Prefiro. This is a great success and further proof of how much innovative power and potential there is in our community.
The CyberLab Festival 2024 was an all-round successful event that not only celebrated the successes of the last 20 years, but also offered an exciting outlook on the future of the cyber and tech industry. We are proud to be part of this dynamic and innovative community and look forward to many more successes together!
