The idea
ONINO – Your Platform, Your Deal, Your Investors
ONINO provides companies with their own white-label financing platforms. With them, they structure deals and manage investments and investors across the entire product lifecycle. As an all-in-one solution, ONINO combines technology, processes, and compliance, making the structuring, issuance, and management of assets simple, regulatorily compliant, and scalable.
Optionally, assets can additionally be tokenized. This brings its own advantages: a secondary market with tradable shares, lower minimum amounts and thus a broader investor base, as well as more efficient, automated handling across the entire lifecycle. Tokenization is an option here – not a requirement – so that each platform reflects exactly the range of functions the respective use case requires.
Typical customers are family offices, asset managers, banks, investor groups, real estate developers, universities, and operators of energy and infrastructure projects.
This turns operating a financing platform into a finished product rather than a complex IT project.
Facts
01 QUALITY: Institutional quality: Regulated financial products with an ISIN and BaFin compliance are issued via ONINO’s platforms – not crowdfunding, but genuine capital market infrastructure.
02 SCALING: Once set up, each additional deal incurs virtually no extra costs – cheaper than any in-house development and with no marginal costs across investor, product, or asset classes.
03 UNIVERSAL: ONINO supports all financial products, investor classes, and asset classes, from equity through profit-participation rights to tokenized real-world assets.
USP
What sets ONINO apart from other solutions
All-in-one approach: a single provider for the entire investment process. ONINO combines platform, processes, and compliance-oriented execution, so that customers no longer have to coordinate multiple tools and service providers, but instead get a seamless solution from structuring through to distribution.
Founding Story
Where banks and VCs stop: ONINO’s founding idea
ONINO emerged in 2021 from the observation that operating one’s own financing platform often fails in practice due to implementation, integration, and regulation. Blockchain and tokenization presented themselves early on as suitable technologies; over time, further financial products were added, so that ONINO’s platforms are now deployable in a financial-product- and industry-agnostic way. The team around Alexandre Lehr, Kai Firschau, and Lukas Wipf aims to close the financing gap between bank and venture capital. From this grew a platform that thinks about financing holistically and translates it into scalable, automated processes.
Founding Story
Investment, Financing, and Growth
ONINO was founded in 2021 and financed itself shortly after founding – via a very early version of its own financing platform. After participating in various accelerators such as STEYG and Cyberlab, ONINO was supported through the Start-up BW Pre-Seed program and subsequently went through the PwC Raise accelerator. In 2025, ONINO secured the backing of business angels to finance scaling. In October 2025, the launch of the financing platform V1 followed. With this, ONINO left behind the phase of its first project customers, with whom the platform was jointly developed, and has since offered a standardized, scalable white-label platform. For 2026, ONINO plans for more than 20 white-label platforms – in areas such as family offices, real estate investments, energy and infrastructure projects, banking, and investment platforms for universities.
